Location was convenient to all parts of town. I agree with the other review about a blind on the front door. We ended up draping a towel over the window to give us some privacy, which was nice especially after a car pulled onto the front lawn and parked directly facing the front door. The house was great to stay in and we would book it again for future visits. It was clean, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of beds, and a short ride to Broadway. The host was excellent and communicated very well with us. Overall, I would recommend booking this rental. ##### Tara H. It looks identical to the photos, which is always nice. The property manager was friendly and easy to get in touch with. It's located a few miles from downtown, which is nice. At the time of our stay we there were a lot of scuffs in the paint, and turning the heat on for too long would cause the smell of gas to fill the house. ##### Soren P. Great bathroom situation four full bathrooms and great closets. The negatives are cat hair all over the couch in the living room??!! The neighbor seemed very unfriendly and has a scary dog and he peaks out the blinds watching when you come and go. Would recommend a front blind for the front door so people can’t see straight through the house. Parking was good and close to grocery store ##### Alexander G. Very cute and great place for some cute pictures. Went for my 23rd birthday with 7 of my friends. We had an amazing time!!!! Very close to broadway!!!! Lots of games in the house such as, connect four (very popular with my friend group lol), foosball, and pool. This place was great for the 3 nights that we stayed. If you're thinking about taking the trip to Nashville, DO IT!!!!!! Book this beautiful house, worth every penny!!!!!! ##### Mia C.
