With a spacious rooftop terrace, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and designer finishes throughout, you’ll find this large property contains everything you need to have a wonderful visit to Music City. Here is a detailed description of the individual rooms and layout: On the ground floor you have a large 1 car garage with additional parking availability for 1 other vehicle outside the garage door. You will also find our ensuite bedroom dubbed ‘The Tina Turner’, featuring a flat screen TV, King sized bed, large closet, rollaway additional single bed and connected bathroom with walk-in shower. On the main level from the street you are immediately greeted by a large living room with custom painted accent walls and mounted flat screen TV. The living room is open to the kitchen which features a spacious bar top and floating island for additional high top seating. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with Gas cooktop along with all your expected cooking appliances can be found at your disposal. A half bathroom and Cozy bedroom featuring full-size bunk beds are also located on this floor. This Willie Nelson bedroom also has access to a balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms that are also themed and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite is themed for the legendary Dolly Parton herself and has a king sized bed, rollaway additional single bed, mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and stand alone shower. The last bedroom on this floor is the home of Johnny Cash and has 2 queen size beds, featuring a large flat screen TV, spacious closet, additional rollaway single bed along with access to the additional full bathroom in the corridor. If you are staying for a while and need to do laundry while in town, then you'll be pleased to know we have a full laundry room with detergent provided! Then there’s the feature of the property located at its pinnacle. The rooftop terrace is an incredible place to hang out. Renter was quick to respond to any issues. On a very busy street which did make it loud at night. We figured out how to get Lyft/uber to pick up just down the road for much easier. There were roll away beds in each room that were super comfortable. The Townhouse is on a main road so sometimes it was hard to get ubers from the front of the house. I stay in A LOT of VRBOs especially in Nashville. We are SO happy we ended up here. The home is very nice as pictured. It is in a great location super close to Belmont. Once you figure how to get to garage from the back, it’s easy. The manager gives you garage access to a nice clean single car garage. I was so impressed with nice amenities and not having to deal with the 99 cent paper towels and bar soap. Appliances were high end. Tastefully decorated with just the right decor for Nashville. Everything was very clean, including the bath rugs! And there were hooks! Most VRBOs need to add more hooks!!!! Guests have bags, jackets and towels to hang. Linens were very nice. Beds were comfortable. There is a king bedroom on garage level, another bunk room on kitchen level and two more really nice rooms on top floor with their own ensuites. One with two queens. Very nice finishes in all. The rooftop deck was great for the great weather we had! Fire table was perfect for nighttime. Even a cornhole set with plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the location. Close to everything. There were a few minor glitches with the microwave and the garage keypad not working properly.
