Guest Access: Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively. The Neighborhood: 📍 About Music Row: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City! Getting Around: Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so. Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row. The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue. Other Things to Note: 🕺 House Rules: No smoking inside the apartments (but feel free to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony!). Respect the neighbors—keep the music at a reasonable volume after 10 PM. Situated on on the quieter part of Music Row it had everything my wife and I needed for a relaxing week getaway. Check-in was a breeze because Christy went above and beyond in communicating everything we needed. When we opened the door to the Artist's Suite the first thing my wife and I said to each other was, "It smells clean."- Kudos to the cleaning staff. The suite was nicely appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was very comfortable with the room being spacious with a large closet. We loved sitting on the patio watching people go by. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the busyness of Broadway, The Vinyl is the place to be. ##### Mark H. The outside of it is decorated so cute with vibrant colors. One evening, we even sat around the gas fire pit, and just hung out. The inside was spotless, well organized, and had everything we would need. If the microwave is too tall for you, behind the garbage can is a stepstool, which will help you to reach it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sound machine definitely help to muffle any steps on the floors above us. We did have an outside balcony where we could sit and have our morning coffee. The bathroom even had little cups provided. We would definitely stay here again the next time that we come to Nashville. Music Row Has a quiet neighborhood and right down the street is the well, which has exceptional pour over coffee and a delicious breakfast. Absolutely loved it! ##### Twila G. The place was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Unfortunately, even though this was a pleasure trip, I needed to work and the WiFi was so lousy that didn’t happen. I’m glad I have a hotspot on my cell. The WiFi was bad our whole trip. We couldn’t even watch TV most of the time. If you are going to sell the space being so tech advanced, you need to upgrade drastically. Again, clean and quite lovely. Christy the property manager was amazing in all ways. She was attentive and helpful. The only downside was the construction next-door and the laundry/staff area across the hall from us. (Construction began at 7am and the cleaning staff was loud with radio and talking over that) Absolutely, just FYI. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.
