This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we have renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts. It's got a 17' spiral stair that we welded in place which leads to a private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown. Stained concrete floors. Exposed brick & 4 skylights. Custom welded farm table & coffee table. 2 king-size beds. Antique dressers, rug, buffet, chesterfield. Vintage porcelain barn & army lights. A french press. A cocktail shaker. A nespresso machine. 55" TV. Unit 303 it's all your's. Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience. Im good with using a towel a few days in a row but not wash cloths. There is a Walgreens across the street so bought a couple of bath puffs. Last year, my husband and I stayed in the one bedroom unit, this year we returned with our two daughters so stayed in the two bedroom loft. I honestly can’t say enough good about our return visit. These lofts are so amazing in every way! Location is a short walk to almost everything. Even though Broadway is so close, this street is quiet and has a neighbourhood feel. The building itself is so beautiful- historic, trendy, safe and comfortable! The two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen and fun living room felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It was a nice touch to have the radio playing when we walked in-the perfect start to a week filled with music ! The rooftop patio was enjoyed only briefly due to the heat wave, but we did still celebrate my husband’s birthday up there, toasting to the skies over Nashville. Vijay is such a wonderful and available host. I never had a moment I didn’t feel supported or appreciated as a guest. There were tears when we left- there is no doubt in my mind we will return to these lofts year after year. Not a single negative- don’t hesitate…. Just book! You won’t be sorry! ##### Jenny K. One of our biggest complaints about VRBOs is bedding but this place nailed it. Super soft luxury sheets and plenty of pillows and a good mattress enabling us to start each day fresh. The rooftop access was awesome and we loved listening to Johnny Cash on the record player. We would for sure stay here again. ##### Seth F.
