No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you\`ve come to town for. STRP#2025-12-01-689 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two-car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as \`Music Hill\` Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events. This home was perfect!! The floor plan is very modern. Does require the ability to climb stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Spacious rooms, all King beds, private bathrooms, 2 separate gathering places for larger groups. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of closet and storage space for longer stays. We utilized all bedrooms and the kitchen. There is an open deck at the the top of the unit that offers a fantastic view of downtown Nashville. You can be downtown in less than 10 minutes, yet far enough away to be out of the 24/7 noise off broadway. The 2 car parking garage was easy to navigate and keeps everything safe and sound. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nashville trip! ##### Brian J. We have been to Nashville 3 times in the past . We have always stayed in a great home . But this one here - BEST BY FAR ! Pictures don’t come close to showing you how beautiful this place is . I literally walked in and walked back out thinking we was in the wrong rental for the price I paid . It has plenty of space . There were extra blankets in all rooms . The appliances were brand new . It was extra clean . Plenty of toilet tissue and paper towels . If you are coming to Nashville and need a place to rent - this is the place ! And don’t get me started on the host ! By far nicest people ever . I left one message with a question . Laura called me back with in 2 minutes . So nice . Do yourself a favor and book this room . Now I seen a few post stating there’s a train whistle you can here at night . Honestly , we were here 5 nights and I heard it 1 time . I think it was because I was awake already is the reason . I never was woke up from the noise . This is were I stay anytime in Nashville . Also we were literally 5 minutes from WalMart and Krogers . We were less than 10 minutes from Downtown . It was super close to everything we wanted to go to. We were close to the airport. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Wi-Fi was great.We gave it a 4 Stars because there is a train that goes past the neighborhood and it blares it's horn all night. If you are a light sleeper and don't like ear plugs (which they provided), then this isn't the place for you which is unfortunate. ##### Spencer T. It was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and well-appointed. Location was about 10 minutes from all the fun downtown. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a brand new one delivered to us right away. We thought that was thoughtful! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared but we managed. And the train goes by at night and can be loud, but it really wouldn't deter us from staying again. We hung out one afternoon on the deck and it was lovely. Close to broadway and lots to do. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. I had a couple questions when we first arrived and they responded within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and found that it met/exceeded all of our needs! The pillows on the beds were A+ (if someone wants to share where they were purchased we’d appreciate it!) The house accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably and gave everyone room to have privacy. The only complaints we had were ones shared previously, the couches/chairs are not comfortable at all and the lack of water pressurel. With 6 women, water pressure in all the bathrooms were an issue, even when only 1 shower was being used. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely book this property again! ##### Nikki D.
