The home was obviously newly constructed with all new furnishings. I loved the decor. My family had an awesome time in the spacious home. The only recommendation is that for future reference, I feel patrons should be notified when a property is in an area under construction. This area is under significant construction. There were many large noisy trucks up and down the street for majority of each day. It made it difficult for us to rest at times. Other than that, I was very pleased. The alarm system was also a plus. The VRBO/Homeaway properties we've frequented in the past have not included this safety feature. It was greatly appreciated.
