It features an amazing open space layout on the bottom floor for supreme leisure with friends or family. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, a coffee maker, and more. The living room is ultra-comfy and cozy with a big floating TV. This home is centrally located in a very safe, fun neighborhood! You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by Airbnb messenger with the entry instructions. While the house was very clean, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and stained. The dining room table was bar height but the chairs were standard height (and stained) making it impossible to eat at. One of the bar stools at the island was stuck in the highest position. The place smelled of smoke. The beds were comfortable though. Communication was poor. Definitely would not recommend ##### Donna R. The reason why we like rental houses instead of hotel it’s to have breakfast together in the house, so it would be better if the table was bigger so we can sit the whole party or at least almost everyone. The fans need to be cleaned as well. Thick layer of dust. HOWEVER, if you need a good night of sleep, rent this house! The mattress is Amazing!!!! All of them! The house was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of us, beds and sleeping arrangements were great, and we loved the spacious kitchen/ living room area. The house was 15-20 minutes away from all our adventures. The hosts were so good about getting back to us promptly when we had any questions. This house is conveniently located near downtown. The house was spacious and accommodated all of the guest. Unfortunately there were a few concerns. The home was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. The bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms were all dirty. Once the lack of cleanliness was brought to the host the areas were cleaned however not throughly the next day. Many furniture items in the home were very worn. We were within a 10 minute drive to several grocery stores. It was spacious and worked for our group. However, when we arrived we were welcomed to very large spider webs on the back porch. The house was very dusty and some rooms had clumps of hair in the “clean” sheets. The kitchen sink leaked and anything you put down the garbage disposal would come up in the next sink over. During our stay I also tried to contact the hosts several times and was only able to get a response from them twice. During our stay we reported several maintenance issues, including a broken HVAC unit and no one came to even look at these issues. My group had a wonderful time in Nashville, but I don’t think we would stay here again. ##### Robin C. The home is cozy, clean, and comfortable. There is enough furniture for everyone to relax in. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We arrived and the yard had a bunch of trash in it and the grass is high. The back porch has cobwebs everywhere. The house says it sleeps 12 people but the kitchen is not stocked to accommodate 12 people. We had to leave and get silverware and all the basic neccessary kitchen items. The can opener is broken and we only had 2 rolls of toliet paper. The shower curtains have mildew on the bottom of them and the downstairs bathroom tub wouldnt drain without using a plunger everytime. The bunkbed bedroom curtains have stains on them. This is a very nice place but it needs some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and the location. ##### summer D.
