The house has everything you need to have a great time, and the property is thoughtfully maintained. We had plenty of space for seven guys. We saw ground bee/wasp holes behind outside table in side yard. Cooking surface was dirty when we arrived. Large gaps in outside door frames. I would recommend a fresh coat of paint on front door….looks a bit beat up. Overall, good rental, lots of room & quiet location. They took the garbage can so we left garbage in kitchen.
