The rooms were large the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms here. 2 car garage to park you car. There is 3 flights of stairs to get to roof top patio. Entering through the garage was also a pain and they should use a front door code. It seems that this is the case with many renters based on the other reviews. The house has great potential with nice furniture but it has taken a serious beating with markings on all the walls/dirty walls. I see many people have mentioned this but the fact they haven’t taken action shows they don’t care. We did love the rooftop terrace and all the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Oct 30, 2024 #### Mediocre place The price is right for the size. You must know that this is two separate units next to each other. Only access is through the front door or garage. Area was quiet and close to Broadway. It’s a 3 story home and LOTS of stairs. Not the easiest carrying luggage up and down. Roof top on both units needs attention and should replace the decking before someone seriously gets hurt. Cleaning crew should be fired as we found food under the tv stand in one of the bedrooms. Mold on shower curtains and in washer. Not just a little mold. It was a lot. Fridge in unit a doesn’t work well as the ac doesn’t either. There was a cockroach found in the house, ants, and tiny orange spiders on the walls and ceiling. I called and they had the cleaning crew come back out. They wiped the spiders down but left the food. I was told it wasn’t a deep clean even though I asked the black floors be cleaned as well. If you can look past all of this, it is a nice place. Our bed in the master was extremely comfortable. All of the mattress were stained without mattress covers. Very hard to sleep because this made us feel like the place was dirty. ##### trish f. Feb 15, 2023 #### Nice place - stock the cookware better Lots of privacy between bedrooms. Nice roof top. Nice furnishings. Would have been nice to have more cookware (frying pans). Needs light maintenance - replacing light bulbs, fixing shades, greasing squeaky doors. The units are NOT adjoining so you have to go outside to go into the other. ##### JENNIFER W. Dec 7, 2023 #### Great Place for Large Groups Overall really good place. Entry is only thru the garages in the back (let Uber know). Street is very busy in the mornings and the fire dept drives thru all the time with the sirens. Older home so not very sound proof. If you have a full house, all sitting in the living room is a problem unless you bring over the kitchen table chairs. ##### Chris A.
