The neighborhood is quiet, and not far from downtown and several other great neighborhoods . We loved there was a grocery store just 3 minutes away. Three couples each had a great bedroom and bathroom, with a really nice kitchen and communal space to share. Incredibly clean and nicely decorated in a Nashville theme. The location was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The property is immaculate and easy to navigate rides for trips to downtown. Additionally, there are a lot of activities and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. It was the perfect space for our group of 6\. Every room having its own bathroom is so nice. The townhouse was super clean and the decor was so great! It was only a short uber ride to downtown. We only had one hiccup - we were informed a few days before check in that we needed to text a copy of our driver’s license. For security purposes, I wasn’t comfortable texting my personal information. This made the check in process choppy. Our two kids and their significant others came too. The home was clean and organized. We were very impressed with how it was decorated and how comfortable it was. It met all our needs. We explored the area a little and there was lots to offer. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Nashville. It is a very short drive to downtown AND the fun and vibrant 12th Avenue South area. Also, it’s close to I-65\. The townhouse itself was perfect and comfortable with everything we needed for our visit. Wish it had been warm enough to take advantage of the rooftop area.
