(Additional Full Sleeper if needed) BEDROOM 3: The 3rd bedroom is the cutest with a shabby chic feel, rod iron frame with a inspirational love wall and rustic touches everywhere. It has a Queen Serta Sealy bed, a 36 inch TV with the option of a DVD player, walk in closet and a walk out balcony with an additional covered outside seating area. ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: We have a Queen Plush CordaRoy downstairs that sleeps 2 people, and a Full size Plush CordaRoy in the second bedroom that sleeps 2 more additional people. CordaRoy's are awesome! Seen on SHARK TANK! They are large foam filled chair-like bags that you comfortably sit on and then convert into a comfy bed when you're ready to sleep. Christine is such a caring person to work with. She responds back to any questions quickly and always has a solution. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. You are close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops. You can make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, order in or go out! The fenced in yard was wonderful for our fur babies. We loved playing Pac- man and cards during some rainy days. Neighbors are friendly. Christine has thought of everything to make your stay fun. Thank you for sharing your home and making our stay a memorable one. Our group of five had an unforgettable stay at this fantastic VRBO in Nashville! The property was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with nearly everything we could need (except for a cocktail shaker, but a little creativity took care of that!).Its location was ideal for exploring the city—getting around was a breeze, and we loved discovering all that Nashville had to offer. The host’s recommendations were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to the grocery store. Their hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to an already great experience. We are just sad that we didn't have enough time to secure firewood in order to hang out next to the fire pit in the backyard on an absolutely lovely evening. Next time!If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming space in Music City, this is the place to be. We'd absolutely stay here again! ##### Lawrence D. We all love County Music and wanted to listen to some good music, eat and drink some good food and beverages and see some sights in Nashville. We all had a fantastic time catching up and sharing stories and memories. I highly recommend staying at this home. It is a short Uber ride to Broadway. It is clean and comfortable.
