Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. The house itself is very comfortable and the process getting in and out were great. We had easy communication with the owners and they helped us with everything I needed. The location is perfect, but note gentrification is taking place on the outskirts of Nashville, so the area is also a little rougher as well. I suggest parking in front of the house, because the back parking spots are kind of secluded and it’s easy for someone to break into your car. I parked my car in the back found someone broke into my car, stole all of my change, and a pair of running shoes. Again, it’s a great house in a great location, but there are spots within the neighborhood that are a little rougher so keep your belongings in the house. All and all 5/5 stars! ##### Jason L.
