Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. Guest Access: \*\*\* Early Check in is not able to be guaranteed. You may send a message the night prior or morning of your arrival to see if early check in is a possibility. The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. Close to downtown by uber, you probably can walk it but we uber. Close to farmers market which was nice. Also walking distance to some restaurant's. Very safe neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze.We felt completely safe throughout our stay, whether we were out during the day or at night. The 20-minute stroll to Broadway was a pleasant walk. The place was spotlessly clean, and the coffee was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the constant running of trains right outside our window was a bit of a downside.However, we wish we had known about the marathon that took place in April. On the day of our checkout, we got stuck in traffic for two hours trying to leave the city. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely consider staying there again. ##### Annabella B. My husband and I, along with our two children (4 and 6) loved our stay at this place. We walked to Broadway during the day. Walked and ate dinner around the corner at Jonathan's Grille. The property was very, very clean and instructions were very easy to follow. The train behind the place only went by a few times during our stay but it wasn't a bother to us. ##### Kristen A. Trains early morning and late at night. The area seems to be surrounded by factories. This was not a good choice to build a condo. ##### Angelina C. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Sam M. 26 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice place but very loud Place was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, however the trains running all night long directly outside the window makes it impossible to sleep, they’re extremely loud, the whole place shakes and we probably managed a few hours sleep per night until the trains start around 2am. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### L A. 11 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Exactly what we hoped for The apartment was as listed and everything we needed for our stay which was 5 of us for a ladies weekend in Nashville. It's walkable to Broadway as well as some other sites. We didn't find it lacking anything we needed and really appreciated that there were extras like shampoo, conditioner and coffee, creamer and sugar. One parking spot was included. There is plenty of paid parking nearby although the garage around back on 3rd street was not accessible because the street was under construction. The train was not a problem for us. Communication was really great. We would definitely stay here again should we return. ##### L A.
