You can instantly get the city feel because you are surrounded by the high rises. The unit has ample comfy bedding and easily sleeps large groups of friends, family, or co-workers vacationing in Music City. The main floor offers a large kitchen with high-end appliances, open area dining with bar seating for four, and a sunny living room for rest and relaxation. The home is multiple levels with gorgeous, art-themed decor located throughout the entire space. Your jaw will drop to the floor when you step out on the rooftop deck and get your first taste of the unrivaled skyline views. This is just one of two viewing decks featured in this home. This house isn\`t just for fun and play, because of the ultra-comfortable bedding, rest and relaxation are key when staying here. It has multiple beds ranging from a luxury king to comfy singles and bunks, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, a laundry area, and more. The kitchen area features 10-12 people seating at the dining table with another four seats located at the island bar, all new appliances and fully stocked with ample cooking supplies, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, and more. The living room is decorated with a contemporary, city-themed mindset accompanied by our large floating television above the mantle. The living area was designed to maximize the space of the open area making the home feel even bigger. The place was just as described and we could not have been happier. The location was great as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants nearby and Broadway if you don't mind walking a bit. Neighborhood was orderly and did not feel unsafe at any time even walking back later. The elevator was fantastic as we had as my inlaws stayed on 3rd floor and didn't need to traverse the steps. I sent a online message. A bit later someone knocked on the door saying he was there to fix the issue. I looked back at the message and there wasn't a response telling me there was a person on their way to fix it. It was nice the issue was fixed, however, it would have been nice to be made aware there was someone coming to fix it. So a gentlemen showing up on the doorstep wouldn't have been a surprise. The kitchen doesn't have much in way of cooking supplies so made it difficult to make a meal. Otherwise it is a wonderful place: clean, great location, and safe neighborhood. ##### Kris M. We were three couples spending July 4th weekend together. Each couple had their own bathroom and ample, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The main living area was perfect in that there was plenty of space for us to comfortably hang out on the two large sectionals. The rooftop deck is the highest in the neighborhood and has an incredible skyline view. Comfortably slept a group of 12 of us. Clean comfy beds, large bathrooms, luxury showers, walk in closets, giant kitchen island, multiple balcony decks. Walking to and from downtown was completely doable (20ish minutes and non-sketchy neighborhood), which was my only concern when booking. The Gulch was a 5min walk at most as well. You can’t go wrong with this place it had everything we needed and more. Total gem, can’t wait to go back!!! ##### Kyle H. House was even better than expected. Only draw back was we where there during the worst snow storm and cold in decades so walking was not an option.
