Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. Every wall was scuffed and made the place look dirty. Definitely needs to be painted. Broken steps, broken kitchen floor sheets do not fit the beds and many lightbulbs throughout the place did not work. But worst of all the living room and bedroom ceiling fan lights just went on and off ALL NIGHT. Sent email to host, and she thanked me, but took me asking if they could have someone come out. Despite the lack of a grill and main household cookware. The top deck is a hazard on the roof and needs replacing of boards and nails. The management company or owner communicated very well during our stay and offered accommodations due to some of our frustrations. They were extremely reasonable. For an investment property they just need to invest in their property. I did notice they were having it repainted when we were leaving for check out, and it made sense that none of the beautiful decorations in the pictures were on display. The views were top tier and their communication was absolutely wonderful. I was met with empathy and compassion which is refreshing in this world. Hopefully if you are booking this you can verify for kitchen cookware that is cross contamination safe is avaliable ( pots pans etc... ) or just plan ahead. ##### Chelsea M.
