Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. There are a couple laundry pods for you to use. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Stacy S., New Prague 19 oct. 2022 #### Suggestions We were a party of 4 adults that stayed for 4 nights. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Nashville and seemed to be in a decent neighborhood. Unless you live in city with lots of noise, beware the trains do come by several times in the night and did briefly wake us up each time. Disappointed with a few things and would like to make some suggestions to the owner. A VRBO is to be more "personal/homey" than a hotel. Therefore, in the kitchen there should be some essentials for cooking such as: dish cloth, dish towels, scrub pad, butter knives, alum. foil, containers for leftovers, and HOT PADS! (Not sure how we were supposed to do any cooking/cleaning) The place furnished the bare minimum to get by. There was no table to eat/gather at, 6 towels, no extra blankets or kleenex, 1 hair dryer, and 2 dishwasher pods. (Got the impression that we weren't supposed to spend much time at the VRBO) Again, felt like I was in a hotel suite to crash at the end of the night. ##### Stacy S. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Safe neighborhood with secure parking. There is a train track next to the building but we barely heard it in the unit. The host was very helpful and timely with communication. Highly recommended! ##### Mark L.
