Between the abundance of live music, a dynamic culinary scene, vibrant art and culture exhibits, and picturesque green spaces, you’ll be sure to find something to love here, and it all begins with a stay at the fabulous Nashville Nest!  
  
Centrally located in the West End Corridor, you’ll be within walking distance to many of the city’s most desirable attractions and destinations, including Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, and an eclectic variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With easy access to major highways and public transportation, commuting around the city is a breeze. Whether you're catching a concert downtown, enjoying a night out in the Gulch, or shopping to your heart’s content on Broadway, everything you need is within easy reach. That dynamic culinary scene we mentioned earlier? From finger-lickin' barbecue joints that will work up your appetite at the mere scent of hickory smoke, to trendy farm-to-table bistros where Southern comfort meets innovation – your taste buds are in for a treat.  
  
The home’s interior showcases a chic blend of country and industrial design, paired with comfortable furnishings for you to make the most out of your well-earned downtime. Sink into soft sofa seating in the living room and stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the large, mounted smart TV. Steps away, the stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and rich dark cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The bar cart will have the mixologist among you whipping up delicious cocktails, and you can sip in style while noshing on a spread of delicious hors d’oeuvres on the counter-top stools for 3.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle with additional parking on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis.  
  
This home is located in the West End neighborhood, a desirable location with major attractions within minutes of the property. If you’re in town to catch a game or concert, the Bridgestone Arena is a short drive away, plus the Bicentennial State Park, Germantown, and Capitol Building are all easily accessible. Jump in an Uber/Lyft to enjoy Nashville’s unparalleled music scene and nightlife. From Music Row to historic landmarks and amazing southern food, all the best of Nashville is at your fingertips!  
  
HOUSE RULES:  
• Must be 21+ to book.  
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.  
• We're delighted to accommodate small events if they adhere to our house rules, overnight guests do not exceed the maximum occupancy, and you and your party are respectful of all local noise ordinances, neighbors and community rules.  
• Should we find that the group is being disrespectful to the property or neighbors in any way, we reserve the right to take action, including charging additional fees and eviction if necessary.  
• Vacation rental use only.  
• Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.  
• Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.  
• Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.  
• Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.  
• Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.  
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.  
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.  
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.  
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.  
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.  
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.  
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.  
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.  
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.  
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.  
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
