But of utmost importance to me, The Loft was spotless. The house was immaculate, well equipped with everything we needed including a brand new grill perfect for a bbq. We walked into town every day, to the Coast Guard house for dinner (and lunch!), and ice cream. The 10 min drive to the Block Island ferry for a day trip was the perfect way to end the weekend. Despite crummy weather, we still sat on the patio for drinks, and played the board games she had inside. Amy and her family (and pups!) were so welcoming, we will definitely be back next year! Having the washer and dryer was a great touch. Beds were very comfy. You can’t beat the location (easy walk to the Pier, but far enough away so it was peaceful). I think what made this place such a treat was our hosts. The little details in the house (like a welcome note) showed how much they care. They were attentive and prompt with responding to messages from us, but gave us our privacy. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat! ##### Kelly R. We needed nothing except food and drink, even had some ice cube trays ready for us when we arrived. Was able to park both our small cars in the yard. The property is peaceful, immaculate and inviting. There are even 4 guest passes to Narragansett Beach, which is the perfect escape from reality and it's within walking distance!
