The location is excellent - walking distance from a beautiful beach made it very convenient for us to travel with our 1 year old. Nearby restaurants (get the Johnny Cakes at Oatley's!) offer similar fare so be sure to enjoy the fresh seafood. The AC units could use a deep, deep clean. Additionally, some items aren't included with the stay (shampoo, beach towels) that would push me to 5 stars from 4\.
