Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. Our downstairs space has been renovated and includes a full bath, 2 bedrooms and laundry room. Each bedroom has window air conditioner unit. Our outdoor space offers a deck, gas grill and fire pit. The location was ideal for our trip being so close to the beach as well as a 25-30 min drive into downtown Newport areas.
