The villa is beautiful inside and out, just 250 metres from the sea and the main beaches, with services such as bars, tobacconists and restaurants.  
  
The villa is private and the outdoor spaces are fully equipped with a barbecue, a relaxation area, a solarium and benches with a rustic table typical of Salento, ideal for enjoying an aperitif in front of the sea!
