Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Love their passion for the place. They were so kind to me - helping me find something to eat - and translating for me while I stayed in the hotel room. We were visiting our daughter for who lives in Narbonne for 1 night. When we arrived, the manager, Vincent, was very helpful in checking us in and showing us our room. He even helped carry our luggage in from the car and up the stairs to the room. (And back to the car, when we checked out.) Even though we said it was unnecessary, it was very much appreciated. I had trouble using the internet, and Vincent helped me solve the problem. I felt I brought my 2 kids to a abandoned hotel or something like that. It could be only my room but still this place should not be on the orbitz listing. La estancia ha sido satisfactoria, la chica que nos atendió era encantadora. No había ascensor y nos subieron las maletas, eso fué un detalle!! La cama era confortable y la temperatura de la habitación también. El desayuno un poco justito en variedad, pero podías repetir. En general hemos estado muy bien.
