One mile from Vanderbilt Beach, and across from vibrant Mercato Shopping Center with top restaurants & shops! The Publix supermarket plaza is also across the street! This beautiful townhome features upgraded kitchen and bths, newer appliances and fabulous hw floors throughout! The king sized mattresses are reclinable!
