I advise everyone against booking this house.In the pictures, it looks modern and clean, but in reality, this house is a disaster.We arrived in the evening after a long-haul flight and went to bed shortly afterward. Even though we were only in the house briefly, our white socks were almost black.The next morning, in daylight, even more defects and problems became apparent. The floor was very dirty, and all the lamps were covered in dust. The couch and cushions were stained everywhere, and the carpet was damaged, dirty, and smelled bad.The disaster continued in the kitchen. Almost all the kitchen utensils were dirty, many were broken, and completely worn out. For example, there was only one wine glass, which still had a lot of lipstick on it. Everywhere you looked was thickly covered in dust. The window blinds were completely dusty, as were the games, all the lamps, shelves, etc. In the master bedroom, we moved a sideboard, and underneath it was dust, lots of hair, and dead insects. Upon arrival, the code given to us did not work. We called the number provided and they provided us with another code to enter the house. It was also blatantly obvious that the house had not been cleaned. Beds not made, blankets/sheets covered in animal hair, pile of dirty towels in a chair, broken off nails in a cabinet. Originally the Vacasa staff was very unhelpful. Did not send anyone out right away and told me I would not get a refund of any kind. However, the next day, I received a text from Tina who was VERY helpful with the situation and was as appalled as we were of the state of the rental. She even offered to refund us for the situation. Once the place was clean, it was really a run of the mill location, but sufficed for our stay and we like Naples Park because it is close to campus. The road construction is not a huge deal, but just adds to the irritation that we originally had to deal with. Overall, not the worst, but not the best. ##### David F. I e-mailed them twice, called them several times, both several weeks in advance. No reply from anyone. Neighboring property has a camera that watches you at the pool area night and day, so as long as you and your family like being on video, this is a great place. ##### Scott H.
