Less than 1 Mile to the beach with heated pool and spa This home has everything!!! The house is ten years old, and it is located less than one mile from Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. The home has all of the most up-to-date amenities, a southern exposure and a 500 block Naples Park location. You can ride your bike (we provide three!) less than a mile to the gulf beaches! Three bedrooms and three full baths plus den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. Ample seating in the living room to enjoy the 75” smart TV, and seating for eight at our dining room table. Tiled throughout. Enjoy swimming in the private heated salt water pool or relaxing in the heated spill over spa with fountain! Have a barbecue with our large Weber propane grill. The pool deck is very inviting with beautiful pavers and the home is even equipped with an outside shower. The Master suite is a wonderful retreat with a brand new king-sized bed, and a 46” flat screen television. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower, double sinks and separate access to the pool and spa. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, a 35" flat screen, and an adjacent bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bath and a 36” flat screen television. There is also a den with secretary hutch for the laptop. There is a trundle bed in the den with two twins for extra guests. Sleeps eight in all! Close to beaches, upscale dining, shopping and entertainment! We had a few issues (smoke detector/garage door needed batteries) that were resolved within a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are fantastic once you figure out the remote control for it. The house was very spacious and beds were comfy. The house did get warm at night especially in the master bedroom where the ceiling fan did not work (Owner is aware). A small table top fan was in the garage but it did not help much but I am hot at night all of the time. There were some "unwelcome bugs" but again, the owner was made aware and was addressing that issue. Overall, it was a great house in close proximity to the beach. I won't give it away, but trust me, you won't be disappointed! The layout of the house easily accommodated 7 of us (6 adults and 1 "adult size" teenager). It had everything we needed and then some.The pool was fantastic and gave us a place to cool down after a day at the beach. We chose to rent a golf cart, so between two vehicles and the golf cart, our family was able to get to the beach (approx 1 mile away) easily. If we had any issues (ex. fan not working), it was very easy to reach out to Terre, who was quickly receptive. It was a wonderful place to relax, swim, take in the beach and just get away from everything. If you want a night out, the homeowners provide a wealth of suggestions, complete with descriptions and price ranges. We could not have asked for a better time to celebrate our graduates. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. We’ve been coming to Naples for Christmas break for 10 years and this is by far our favorite spot! We’ve stayed here for quite a few of those years and have never been disappointed. The communication with the owners was stellar! Easy check-in/check-out process. THE HOME WAS TRULY BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! From the luxurious towels, to the soft rugs under your feet, supplies that would meet everyone needs, and the space needed for everyone to be together - and to have time apart. Everyone stated how roomy the bedrooms were and how all of the mattresses provided a great night of sleep! The location of the home was perfect as we roamed to Marco Island, downtown Naples, Mercato, the beach, and took daily walks from the house through the beautiful park nearby. Grocery store, Walmart, Starbucks..... everything you need was close by and convenient. The spa/pool with the accent lighting and water features set the tone for R&R in the evening - and it is very simple to set the temperature and use. It was so easy to sync my phone to the bluetooth speakers so we could listen to our favorites. TV is easy to use, and the owner notes are very detailed to assist in providing information for a great time if you don't have anything planned. It was an AMAZING experience that we were blessed to share together! The only down fall - we should have stayed longer, but we are trying to find a date for next year already! ##### Darla M. This home allowed our portion of the family to stay together. The kitchen is well equipped and designed and had enough room for more than one person to move around. There was an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The salt water pool entertained the 13 year old when the grandparents and pregnant sister needed a rest!
