PLEASE NOTE: Major construction of the Ritz Carlton Residences is currently on going nearby during working hours. Majority of heavy construction already completed. Completion of the neighboring Ritz Carlton Residences has been announced to be complete and occupied early 2026\. It will be beautiful!! Have lowered prices through completion due to this. We arrived early and Tim was so sweet to let us come in a bit early which helped us start our vacation and we went right to the beach which is a short walk. This condo is so spacious and we loved all the extra touches from the nice personal note to the lovely bottle of wine and beach towels, wagon and chairs. He even left us a few water bottles which came in handy when we played pickle ball at Veterans park 12 mins away. The rooftop pool was so clean, new lounge chairs and it was heated …so nice we went to it every day! Make sure you go see a sunset at Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, a super short walk..this location is hard to beat. Yes there is construction but it is just during working hrs and we were always out doing fun Naples things so it didn’t bother us one bit. We actually enjoyed watching it in the am with the coffee that Tim graciously left for us. Mercato is a short drive to some of the best restaurants and entertainment. We will be booking this unit again! 5 stars for sure. ##### Michael N.
