Ravello by the Beach is ideally located on one of the most desirable blocks of the Vanderbilt Beach/Naples Park neighborhood, offering access to pristine Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach within less than a mile's walk! The large contemporary style home has plenty of room for families between a spacious open concept lower level and 4 bedrooms plus a den/office with a daybed. The screened lanai has all the outdoor amenities you seek including a covered area with outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table and a heated swimming pool with waterfall hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and accented with lush green landscaping lending a tropical feel. Heading back inside, on the ground level, find a large open kitchen with an island, a dining table that seats 6, living room with a sectional sofa overlooking the pool, a den/office with twin bed, and the primary suite with a king bed and large bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 guest bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for total sleeping capacity of up to 11 people (please note multiple bunk beds). A guest powder room and proper laundry room are also located on the ground floor for comfort and convenience. Finally, a 2-car garage offers space for parking as well as easy storage of beach gear. In addition to the fantastic beach proximity, the location offers access to tennis, racquetball and basketball courts just a short ride away (1.5 miles) on Vanderbilt Beach Road at Pelican Bay Community Park and outdoor shopping, dining and nightlife center Mercato (which has a Whole Foods!), under 2 miles from the house. The Naples Park neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants and resorts including the Ritz Carlton Naples. Escape to Bluebill by the Beach for the ultimate family retreat under the Naples sun! Please note: the garage is used for storage and will not accommodate vehicles. The long driveway has plenty space for multiple vehicles.

PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.
