It was in a decent neighborhood and was very quiet and peaceful. I have 3 young kids and felt more than comfortable there, inside and outside. The back porch was great for the morning time. Apr 27, 2025 #### We were not happy. First thing we saw was pot holes in front of the house. The sofa was filthy but they had that cleaned during our stay. The bicycles weren’t usable so they rented bikes for us to use during our 25 day stay. The owner stopped by and took care of a few needs (towels, cookware etc) which was appreciated.The place was a 15 minute walk to Tin City and about a 30 minute walk to Fifth Avenue. It was approx 30 minutes to the Naples Pier by bike which was nice. The location was ok but the duplex needed a little love. ##### Elaine T.
