GreenLinks offers resort amenities such as a pool and spa, Har-Tru tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a clubhouse with a business center and fitness facilities. The Flamingo clubhouse with Sam Snead's Restaurant is adjacent to Greenlinks for convenience for golf and restaurant–it's within walking distance. Lely Resort is a short ride to downtown Naples shopping, restaurants, and beaches, or a short drive to Marco Island. Features include a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast nook, and turnkey furnishings. The living room with a TV opens to a screened lanai to enjoy the beautiful views. The private main bedroom retreat with bay windows also takes advantage of the views; the en suite bath includes a jetted tub, dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Elevators are not available. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Our only issue is that the Greenlinks HOA gave us grief over paperwork we didn’t know about. Plus the HOA tried to charge us an additional $100\. My husband spent a week working out the issue. They inside around the door and in the first room had small fly bugs and so my spider webs. The AC took a while to cool down. We had to change out the air filter because it was so dirty. There was a dirty screen to a window left in the first bedroom. Overall it was fine for the weekend, but the small details matter. Also the queen bed to horrible!
