### Luxury and comfort within steps to the beach, 5th Ave, 3rd street and the bay.

Ideal location in the heart of Olde Naples within easy walking distance to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue South, and the historic center of 3rd Street. Spend your days lazing on the beach, your afternoons at the boutiques and galleries and your evenings at the incredible restaurants in downtown Naples.  
  
Every convenience and amenity has been considered in this beautiful, newly renovated condo/villa with designer finishes throughout. The unit sleeps six and features a primary bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a guest bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom that can be closed to the hallway to create a second ensuite, and a den with a workspace and sleeper sofa. The chef's kitchen features a 36" Bosch range, a side by side Viking refrigerator/freezer, built in microwave and dishwasher, and a central island perfect for gathering around with friends and family. The main living area features a large great room with seating for 8 people, a full size dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests, and a dry bar for preparing your evening cocktails. The unit also has it's own laundry room with washer and dryer.  
  
The condo is part of a small, 9-unit complex that includes a heated inground pool, covered parking, gas barbecue and outdoor seating.
