Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. \- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $75 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the HOST, Employees, Officers, Contractors and/or Property owner harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of GUEST use of the premises or items therein. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. The bedrooms and the living room are very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are updated and well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor patio is comfortable and private. The location is great, being walking distance to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Naples, so many attractions and the beautiful beaches. The hosts are extremely responsive to any questions or needs. A beach umbrella needed replacing and one was delivered the next day! We definitely will return when we visit Naples again. ##### Tim M.
