Nous avons passé deux jours formidables. La plage et la piscine sont exceptionnelles. La décoration des chambres un peu vieillotte mais le confort parfait. Le service un peu trop classe pour nous: voiturier et plagiste... Nous avons pas besoin de ce genre de service.... Seul bémol : tout est cher : parking et frais obligatoires (transats, serviette...) par jour. A prévoir dans le budget...

Staff super helpful and friendly. We had an oceanfront room that was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Only thing missing was tea. Coffee machine there though.

It was not very crowded. It was like having your own luxury resort as far as the 4 pools and the ocean to yourself. The beach view room in the beach house was awesome. The beach is literally right there. Cool white sand literally 50 yards into the Gulf and it's still powdery soft. Stayed from 5/6/24-5/12/24, 90 plus degrees and not a drop of rain the whole time, just amazing place.

We have been going to Naples, Florida for the past 15 years, this by far is the best hotel. The staff is very helpful and always pleasant. The front desk cannot do enough for you. The beach is beautiful, pools are great. 15 minute drive to Naples 5th Ave. Am going to stay again. Thanks LaPlaya!

We have mixed feelings about this place… the beach is beautiful, plenty of pools if you have kids, and room service is great and responsive, however, we didn’t get the best service around the pool- we had to go to the bar ourselves to order food and drinks because it could be an hour before any of the staff checked on us for orders/ more drinks. The cocktails were really bad and watery we couldn’t taste the alcohol. Food was good but not 5 star level and worth that much money. Our expectations were not met

Very expensive! Two drinks and tortilla chips were $70. Bread with dinner $11. Bottled water in room $9 each. Not many choices for food and only one restaurant. Staff was very nice, place was clean. Beach was beautiful. Must have a car because nothing walkable near by.

Beautiful property. Baleen was an excellent restaurant. The beach was beautiful and the best sunsets. Spa was wonderful as well. Massage was excellent. I was disappointed that they did not provide water in the rooms complementary. Only other improvement would be when we checked in, the staff should have gone over the resort and what was included/available for use. We had to sort of figure it out.

Property still dealing with construction and cleanup from hurricane, but still very nice. Valet parking is only option and its expensive. Views from ocean view room were perfect. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

We knew prior to our booking that they were issues based on residual damage from the hurricane. 2 of those issues was infinite and television service. Also, the fact that the only one elevator was working in the building that we were staying at which caused issues as it had to have to be used by both the staff cleaning rooms and servicing the building and the guests

It is very expensive. There are so many additional fees on top of the actual price. The grounds are still not finished. The pool was not what I had expected for the price we paid I felt we were at a motel. Not happy at all.

First of all, the staff was amazing! Very attentive and kind. The resort was very well maintained, even with the construction going on. (3 pools/fitness center/rooms) The only negative thing I can comment on are the additional fees. They charge a valet parking fee of $39 per day with a clear sign stating that gratuity is not included. There are no other parking options so you're forced to pay. And the location really does require a car unless you plan on staying and eating at the resort which is costly. In addition, there is a $45 per day resort fee. So with that said, plan on adding another $100, per night, to your stay. I personally would've rather paid it upfront in my nightly rate, somehow it softens the blow at the end of your trip.

The beach location and views are priceless. The property is still under major construction after getting hit by a hurricane last season so much of the pool area is still not open thus it is not quite at full capacity yet.
