Stay in Naples

Check in was very smooth, the automated door system works well. Cesare really looked after us, he recommended an amazing restaurant nearby, helped us plan a walking tour of Naples and booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

We booked this hotel when our flight was canceled at 11pm. It was on expedia, so I assumed it was a full hotel. However we got a cab to the hotel, and it turns out there was no one at the desk at that time. So we had to call the manager (which took 10 minutes to figure out), who had to get out of bed and travel to the site, which took 10 minutes. Then the room still needed to be made, which took another 10 minutes. So waiting an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night with 3 tired grumpy kids was not ideal. Once we did get into bed, it was very clean and comfortable and I slept well, however getting to that point was a bit of a hassle.

Loved our stay!

Great location near railway station and everything we wanted. Great host. Very friendly. Just across the road from best bakery in Naples. Colourful neighbourhood with a slightly seedy undercurrent but great police presence so no problems.

The hotel gave me a room that did not lock. The door closed but wouldnt lock when I had to leave. Communicating with them was a nightmare as they didnt respond for hours. Eventually they replied "its broken, we dont have time to fix it". Its completely unsafe and unreasonable for a hotel to sell a room that theres no way to lock. And then say they dont have time to fix it then when the issue is brought up. This was a huge safety concern, both physically and for keeping items secure when leaving the room. And they did not seem to care. There were also some stains in the room and it didnt look like it was cleaned well. They made it so it was unable to ve stayed in. Very bad experience.

Convenient location from the train station. Spacious, modern, updated, and clean rooms. Good for a family. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was virtually non-existent. Told the owner twice. He stated he fixed it. Had to sleep with the windows open and bear the outdoor noise and suffer mosquito bites from having the window open.

It is very convenient to Napoli Centrale. Unfortunately the pros stop there. We opted for the automatic check in option as our flight arrived later. This consisted of using a call box outside of the building and another call box outside of the door in the hallway. You then find your key and let yourself in. The keys are cards that act as an electricity control inside the rooms. The air conditioning does not work! We went outside to cool off as it was more comfortable than being in doors. I messaged the owner. We had two of the rooms that were attached. The directions are bizarre and counterintuitive. It doesn’t matter because it never worked for us. He did message that he arrived to look at the air after 10pm. After traveling for an entire day we were resting and missed him. It was so hot we were sweating inside and only slept for a couple of hours. There are security cameras in the hall and the common area. There are some sort of red lights behind signs that are posted in the rooms. You feel watched all of the time. It is unsettling. There was a broken mirror and an empty light bulb socket in our room. The area around the building is very dirty and does not feel safe at all. It was a miserable experience and I’m glad we only booked one night. We opted to pay to store our belonging at Napoli Centrale as we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I am sure that the owner will respond to downplay my complaints as he has others. Find somewhere else to stay!

The worst hotel ever

The was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. They told us that we can check in from 11am so we went there but no one were there we had to wait till 3:30. A staff showed up without apologies which was unacceptable. They cleaned the room just once and clean towels didn’t provide unless you asked. One night other customers tried to open our room door and I text to the staff( because they weren’t there the whole time) they’ve ignored it till the morning which was terrifying. I don’t even wanna give them a star. I wouldn’t recommend to stay this hotel just avoid.

Appreciated Property Management kindness, room cleanliness, and Security. Location accesible to the train Station, Plaza Garibaldi, Restaurants, and in front if a famous pastry shop. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the afternoons eating freshly baked pastries and Capuccinos.

Great location close to the main Train Station, perfect location if you have an early flight to catch as the ALIbus operates from there , eur5 purchase ticket on bus, and it is a 2 minute walk from the B/B. Serendipity was a gem of a find, fabulous room with 2 large windows that opened onto both a side street and a main square. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, perfect bathroom and breakfast was fresh and tasty

Very nice fully automatic structure. Located at the station and therefore convenient for proximity by all means. The breakfast is varied and self-service. Very strong wifi connection.

Stay elsewhere

This hotel is close to the train station, has strong wi-fi, and cold air conditioning. While looking for the entrance, we were stopped by a local and told to watch for pickpockets. The neighborhood definitely does not feel safe. We reserved a two-bedroom suite and received a single room with a queen bed and set of bunk beds. The owner said there was "some confusion," which I interpreted to mean that he gave our room to someone else. The bed was very, very hard. The shower head was not adequately attached, so one must hold the shower head in place or else it swings down and sprays the wall, not the person. There was what appeared to be mold along the bottom of the shower door. Breakfast is a self-serve affair, as is check-in for the most part. At breakfast, they ran out of eggs (they ran out of raw eggs that one could cook for herself). In our 14-night vacation in Italy, this was the worst hotel we booked. Not recommended.

Esperienza positiva, ci tornerei. Contatti con il proprietario ottimi prima e durante il soggiorno, nessun problema di check in e check out e massima disponibilità per ogni esigenza. La struttura è un gioiellino ricavato in un contesto purtroppo un po' trascurato, comunque massima sicurezza e pulizia, la suite di due camere matrimoniali + letto castello e bagno è comodissima, stanze perfettamente insonorizzate e ben curate.
