Great Time at Marco
Great location and place! Had great weather and a great experience. View is amazing!
The beach is huge, and it’s a little walk to the water but that didn’t bother us. We would definitely go back.
Not sure the complex allows it, but it would be nice if the doors/locks were switched to keyless entry so you didn’t have to carry a key everywhere, stop by Horizon to pickup/drop off keys, etc.

Property and location absolutely wonderful. We heard a lot of complaints about the walk to the ocean and laughed...you are in the beach!!! Enjoy the short jaunt to the water. We will be back.

Will stay again, but a few things to note:
It was disappointing that the pool was closed for most of our stay and when I inquired about it at the rental agency (Horizon's), I was told, "that's not our problem". Air conditioning didn't work one evening and all the next day. With those couple of notes of disappointment, though, I will say that this unit was a wonderful choice for our vacation and the owners have done an excellent job updating the unit. The kitchen was well appointed (although we would have appreciated a little nicer silverware and some tupperware for storing leftovers;-) We really liked the windows that a corner unit offers and our view was incredible of both the beach (looking toward the South end of Marco Beach) and the city. The wrap around balcony provided sun and shade options all day long! We hope to visit again next year!! Thank you for sharing your Marco paradise with us!

great views!
This place has great views and a very nice kitchen! The furniture is not super safe for kids because of the glass tops everywhere but, this is still an awesome condo. The view of the sunrise is perfect over the city and you get to see the beach and ocean as well. Planning to stay here again!

Areas of concern
Condo was beautiful, upon arrival all 3 beds looked like linens were not changed, had sand between sheets and 2 beds were visably dirty so had to wash everything. Beds were not comfortable at all, and neither were the pillows. Toaster only worked part of the time and the blender was not washed, had black mold where the blades were and inside on the blender container as well. We did not call to complain, just washed the bedding and cleaned the blender, so in fairness no one knew. Overall beautiful condo, we enjoyed our stay.
