It was clean, and stock with all the necessary items. Having kayaks was a huge plus! Took them out into the mangroves a few times. Our disappointment lies with the discrepancies of the pictures and amenities they stated were offered. I was looking most forward in taking my dog out on the kayak, the description stated there were two, however one was unusable it leaked and needed help getting it out of the water. If you look at the pictures you can clearly see the kayak had me repaired multiple times! Secondly, one picture has a propane grill, however when we got there it was charcoal and needed to go back out and get some. Aug 10, 2025 The area is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions and offered a ton of great suggestions for the area. It should be noted that this is not a stand alone home and it could use some sprucing up compared to the photos especially the outdoor space. Our biggest complaint would be the lack of adequate a/c. There are two small window units (one in the living area and one in the master) and several fans but the home was still uncomfortably warm during the day and sometimes at night.
