Charming Home With Large Lanai in Lakeside of Naples

Tucked away into a quiet corner of the Lakeside community, this single family seasonal rental home has multiple options for dining indoors and out. There are sleeping accommodations to meet a variety of needs including a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin bunkbeds. Centrally located in north Naples, the closet beach is Vanderbilt beach which is less than 5 miles away.

The Space:
Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located centrally in north Naples, Florida.

The accommodations and amenities at our home include:

~ A king bed in the main bedroom with a sprawling en suite bathroom with a tub and a glass enclosed shower
~ A queen bed in the second bedroom
~ 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom - a perfect room for kids and adults as the bottom bunks has premium quality mattresses.
~ A second full sized bathroom with a shower and tub combo
~ Dining options available at the home include: seating for 6 indoors and 6 outdoors. Seating for 2 at the kitchen counter and 2 at the breakfast nook.
~ There is a 1 car garage with a driveway and there is a beach wagon, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. Note: it is a 2 car garage but only 1 can fit in it as the owner keeps a car inside of it.
~ A very private screened lanai that is accessed from the family room and the main bedroom
~ There are beach towels and beach bags for guests use -the beach is only 12 minutes away!

There is a large and scenic lake in the center of Lakeside and there are plenty of on site amenities including a basketball court, walking/jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, several pickleball courts and exercise room, a library along with a heated community pool and spa (hot tub). There is also a children's playground and shuffleboard court.

Local shopping is abundant and within 10 minutes of our home is The Shoppes at Vanderbilt, The Pavilion, The Mercato and Waterside Shops. A variety of grocery stores within 10 minutes are Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Aldi and Seed to Table

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
