The property was just as advertised and even better. Kitchen was good (maybe add a 12”skillet ). Beds were very comfortable. The best was our host. Joseph was attentive to all of our questions and needs. The location was perfect as so close to all amenities of North Naples. My only other experience with VRBO a few years ago was not good so I had been skeptical about renting through them again but this was GREAT. Thanks Joseph and your team

We had an amazing stay. The house was immaculately clean and had everything our family needed for a fantastic stay in Naples. The property location was great - very centralized to shops restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was even better than we imagined. The rooms and spaces were all generous sizes and everything seemed new or near it. The home was in pristine condition. The outdoor patio had an attractive set up with table and chairs, chaises and a built in grill. The pool and hot tub were a nice focal point and in great shape. Only stayed three nights but wish we had longer time to enjoy.

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything is as it looked in the pictures. We did not find a blender and so we called to find out where it was and they went out of their way to buy us a blender and have it delivered to the house this place is so good. I would definitely rent again

Pictures were spot on. Communication was the best if any Vrbo properties recently - very attentive (propane tank was empty and mgr had 2 dropped off later same day). It was very well stocked - pods, soaps, towels, etc. we loved it. Great location to beach and shopping.

Perfect long weekend!

Had an incredibly relaxing long weekend at this property. The house is amazing. Every bedroom is nice and has its own en-suite bathroom. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Short bike ride to the beach as well. Restaurants and shopping are only 2 minutes away. Owner was also very accommodating as well. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Amazing Property

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home! It is well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood and is well cared for. The home is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, and very close to the Mercato (5 minute bike ride) and other shopping areas. The kitchen is perfect for those that want to cook at home (we mostly did) and the outdoor kitchen makes for easy BBQ’ing. The pool and lawn were both maintained while we were there…it’s certainly a home that’s well looked after! After hours contact for service issues was seamless. We had an AC issue one night, and service was completed promptly the following day. Joseph and team are very easy to connect with for questions or issues of concern. Our kids (13 and 10) loved playing in the pool day/night. All around, a great property! The property included use of 4 (adult size) bikes, which is awesome. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to include a children’s bike or two. We ended up renting a smaller children’s bike for our daughter at Naples Cyclery for $75 for the week. We’d highly recommend and we will be back :)

Beautiful Home!

We had a great stay! We have stayed in many vacation homes, and rate this one at the top. Comfortable beds, clean home, literally everything you need. Includes laundry soap, even shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Nice towels are provided for the pool. The host has done an excellent job in knowing what a traveler is looking for. You won't be disappointed!

The home is beautiful and exactly how it's described. Our family spent hours every day in the pool and hot tub. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to numerous restaurants/shopping, and just a short walk to the beach. Great communication with the host, and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with lots of space. We stayed 5 days while in town for US Open Pickleball tournament. Plenty of room for all six of us. Pool and hot tub was wonderful! Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience

The house was very clean and attractive. We spent lots of time by the beautiful pool. The property manager was very responsive with any questions or needs we had. Easy to walk to the beach and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. All around great 4 week stay!
