Summary: This is unit I-450\. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. \*The condo has a King bed, 2 twin beds and a full out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms \*This is a fourth floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the fourth floor \*There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo \*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor \*This condo has a stackable washer and dryer in it for guest use \*The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom and has beautiful views of the resort \*Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation.
