The condo can accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV. Unwind and cool down with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. The remodeled bathroom features a large vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower with custom tilework. This unit features an oceanfront lanai with a dining table for 2\. Access the pool deck directly from the lanai. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully-equipped modern kitchen features granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees. The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). Listen to the surf and watch the whales and surfers right off your lanai. Small enough resort that you get to know your neighbours. The one pool is right by the edge of the ocean and looks amazing at night with the torches lit. From your lanai the sunsets and sunrises lighting up Molokai are breathtaking.
