Ground floor was nice because of the extended grass area off of the lanai and easy access with bags, groceries ect. I’d say complex is on the older side and unit does not have air conditioning. Left windows open the entire time and was comfortable enough. Found some bedbugs and when I called for this issue they said that they would come check the room or possibly reimburse some of the cost. They never did anything and did not answer us when we continued to try to contact them after days of trying. A picture was sent to customer service and they argued the animal found was not a bedbug, but it clearly was. Regardless of what it is, it’s still bugs on a bed! There was No AC and pool is not heated which isn’t bad but just an fyi. Water would not heat when it came to showering. ##### Maria M.
