The beds are very old. Despite that, the cleaning supplies for use were much appreciated and the kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. The layout of the property as far as distance to the beach and pool were not bad even though our unit is one of the farthest from them in complex. The pool closed earlier than 8pm the one time we were swimming that late which was annoying because the kids were having fun! It was a wonderful location, plenty of space,quiet and beautiful view of the ocean! The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the use of the outdoor grills! My family enjoyed the private beach, the pool, and short walking distance to local stores and beach view walking trails. We had a concern with insects or bugs in the condo, and the property managers quickly handled the situation. This was our second time renting a condo in this complex as we love the location. ##### Daisy K. Séjour de 7 nuits en novembre 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Shiv R. 6 nov. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Not a great experience Checkin process was great but had number of other issues. 1) internet was not working for 2 days. Reason: was disconnected because of non payment of dues but host/who ever is the concerned person. 2) No TV remote available onsite for 2 days . 3) washing machine and dryer was full of dirt as if never cleaned in years. We had to clean both thoroughly before use. 4) White towels provided were useless. Leaves behind white fluff on the body. 5) No basic amenities like salt/ pepper . 6) Floors were not even vacuumed . 7) blankets/ comforter smells worst. Even my socks smell better. Luckily we took our own sheets. 8) Ants all over the place. Basically, had to do lots of adjustments and overall I don’t think we had a good experience. You guys need to do better, at least on basic stuff. This was my first ever booking at this platform. I think I should move back to Other platform for any future booking. Just so that others know, I have shared all above points (via messaging ) with the host few days back. But they decided to totally ignore. ##### Shiv R.
