Cozy first floor garden apartment, perched on the famous Silverado Trail, gateway to the fabulous valley wineries, and world renowned restaurants. Relax and recharge in this serene setting - comfort and style at an affordable rate.

[INSIDE]: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, within the city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer. Approx. 800 sq ft. of privacy overlooking wooded gardens. Bathroom has jetted bath for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity. King bed & day bed w/two twins. Living room area has sofa, 2 swivel chairs, upholstered ottoman, gas fireplace. TV armoire w/swivel tray for directional viewing. Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles. Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants.

Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, micro, all dishware, table linens, cookware, accessories, coffee/teas, spices, paper goods.

Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness. More suitable for 1 couple (2 people), or with 1-2 children. Girls getaway of 3-4 is also quite workable, and we have had many a womans getaway. 2 couples are not accepted, nor woman/man combinations unless as 1 couple, since this is a open studio apartment. Please inquire should you have questions. Thank you!

[OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious private deck overlooking wooded yard. Large gas BBQ w/complete accessories.
Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing. Property is 1/2 acre of many trees, flower gardens, & lawn. Guests may stroll thru the grounds. Lower area has patio table/chairs w/umbrella, as well as new fire pit with bench and 2 rocking chairs. Meditation/zen garden nearby with relaxing water fountain and bench's.
NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood.

Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive.
Complimentary concierge service.
New: Chicken coop with 7 chickens....Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh eggs...they are colorful blue, dark brown, light brown and cream eggs!

Fabulous Napa Cottage
Beautiful garden and cottage. Very clean with lots of amenities tucked in. Super close to downtown Napa, 8 min ride in Uber. Roomy living space and bedroom and bathroom space. Note the kitchen, while stocked with various appliances, is extremely small so if you plan to prepare food, counter space is limited. The cottage really did have everything we needed. Cozy throws, comfy bed, hot tub, nice dining table. Shower is super nice and clean, bathroom has privacy.

Once they found the reservation (originally told I didn't have one) and confirmed the space was ready, wonderful space. Soaking tub/jacuzzi, comfortable bed, across from coffee shop and close to restaurants and shops.

Cozy vacation stay
Close to the city for shopping and near plenty if wineries just a short drive away. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Interior decor is wonderful. Shower and tub are great. Overall a great stay and a wondeful location for 2 or 3 people.

Barbara’s place was great for a small group trip. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and the close proximity to downtown Napa area. The rental was easy to find and check in. Barbara was hospitable and responsive. We had a great weekend!

The host has created an excellent hide-away that was perfect for our stay in Napa Valley. The location is close to many wineries and to the city of Napa, but quiet and remote enough to allow perfect relaxation. Our stay could not have been better!

Everything was perfect. The space was multifunctional and spacious, even giving all of the furniture and kitchen appliances. So many kitchen appliances. Could replace some of the furniture with a useable dresser.

We enjoyed our stay. As many have said, the property does back up to a busy intersection. We didnt hear anything inside, but you can hear the traffic when you open the door. Convenient location to downtown Napa and many wineries. It was a $10 Uber ride to restaurants downtown. Off street parking was available for our rental car. House was stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend the rental.

Cozy place!
Barabra is very nice and we were very comfortable, especially that king-sized bed!. The place is open and roomy. Enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the deck. It was a good workout to walk up to the end of the street. It is located above a busy intersection (which I already new before booking), but it wasn't much of a bother. Location was convenient as it is only 1.4 miles from my sister's house. We enjoyed our stay!
