The house was fully equipped, clean and ready right on time for checking in. The house and property are immaculate and well stocked. The downstairs bedroom and dual bathroom set up is perfect for a family. The upstairs kitchen and living are well stocked with up-to-date appliances and household items. The balcony and outside yard are also beautifully decorated and the availability of beach chairs and towels is an added plus. The property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach with easy access to downtown. Our host, Jimmy, was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. Don't let the name "Boat House" put you off. This is a comfortable, beautifully furnished home with lots of light and not a tsoshke in sight. We especially enjoyed spending time on the upstairs deck.
