A Land Bank nature path leads directly to Miacomet Beach and Miacomet Golf Course. The world famous Cisco Brewery is a little over a mile away. This is an ideal destination for up to 7 to enjoy the marvel of this island. The private pool is a perfect place for friends and family to bond in between beach time and island activities. The property is on two lots and is next to a quiet park/ playground. With 3 kids under 6, we had plenty of space and activities to keep us busy. The pool was fantastic, which came with all the pool tools we could want, and we were happy to use the kids books and toys onsite as well. The playground near by was a huge plus, along with a few breakfast/lunch spots in walking distance. The layout of the home was very nice, giving us a few different areas we could hang out - and felt very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, along with the grill outside so preparing meals was a breeze. Excellent communication with the owner and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. It was beautiful and perfect for our family of 7\. The house is extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. We fully enjoyed the spacious deck, backyard and the pool. The location was ideal for us and close to everything we wanted to do. We biked everywhere for the most part. The owner was quick to reply to questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. Thanks for sharing your home with us. ##### Amy F.
