The room was unexpectedly quiet - although the entrance is from a busy street the rooms are out the back. Although they claim a 3-star rating I think it was only 2-star as the room was very basic (minimal furniture, no safe, no fridge, no air-con). Furthermore, the carpet needed replacing although the room was adequately clean.
