« Très bon hôtel, un poil vieillissant : personnel d'accueil très sympathique, grande chambre confortable (malgré le lit trop mou). 2 points noirs et incompréhensibles : les vestiaires de la belle piscine intérieure étaient très sales, notamment les douches ; et le service du restaurant Kwee Zeen est catastrophique. Le buffet est magnifique, mais il n'y a pas de réassort. Les stands sont mal tenus, il manque parfois des couverts pour se servir mais surtout, le restaurant est sensé fermer à 21h30,...

"Très bon hôtel, un poil vieillissant : personnel d'accueil très sympathique, grande chambre confortable (malgré le lit trop mou). 2 points noirs et incompréhensibles : les vestiaires de la belle piscine intérieure étaient très sales, notamment les douches ; et le service du restaurant Kwee Zeen est catastrophique. Le buffet est magnifique, mais il n'y a pas de réassort. Les stands sont mal tenus, il manque parfois des couverts pour se servir mais surtout, le restaurant est sensé fermer à 21h30, mais cuisiniers comme serveurs commencent à ranger et nettoyer dès 20h... Dommage..."
