Comfortable bed and cool enough AC. However an unknown brand low quality refrigerator is not functional . It likes a cabinet instead of a fridge . All my yogurt turned warm after a night. Services at the buffet restaurant are not up to standard and poor. Sky lounge with great view and nice staff. The staff and service are excellent. Always. The breakfast buffet is tantalizing, and the room we had was such a wonderful Valentine's Day upgrade! There are "3" upper level hotels in Nanning, and I believe this is the top of the "3". It was also priced competitively too. Although, whatever we have paid over the past few years was always always well worth every dime! Thank you Lotus! See you again, most definitely! Breakfast was delicious and great options, lots of local food choices and western foods. Staff are friendly and service was superb. Room was spacious, lots of dining options around and easy to navigate. The light switches can be a bit finicky and it’s frustrating not able to see what switch is for what when it’s late, it was super frustrating when the reading light wouldn’t turn off at night.
