Kitchen is fully stocked even with your favorite k cups which we loved! Water bottles were already in fridge. Hot tub was quickly set up and we were able to use it upon the day of its arrival! "The instructions were clear, the home beautiful, and the surrounding areas fun. The home was warmed up for us on arrival and so cool. There's a karaoke machine, darts and a whole upstairs relaxation area. Bedroom was cushy and cool. My son and I loved it "
