### Le Chic de Saint-Jean - Dans le centre historique

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 75 m² flat with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 people in Nancy. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 40 m² living room with TV and sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
