The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 155 m² apartment for rent in Nancy, France, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the first floor, it features a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 16 m² living room with a lounge area (TV (Netflix), sofa, armchairs)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers...  
\- Bedroom 1 (12 m²): with double bed (140×190), closet and TV  
\- Bedroom 2 (25 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), closet, TV and desk  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Bedroom 3 (25 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), closet, TV, desk and bench seat  
\- Bedroom 4 (10 m²): with queen-size bed (160×200), and 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, closet and desk  
\- Separate WC

Appartement très agréable avec un extérieur également très agréable. Au calme La conciergerie est très sympa, très réactive et très arrangeante. Quelques éléments de déco un peu rococo, la cour pourrait être un peu embellie. Mais séjour vraiment au top.
